We are building a niche in delivering focused and tailored B2B campaigns for clients across the UK and internationally using Telemarketing and Digital Marketing services. For this reason, the right candidate must have a passion for creativity and getting results for our clients.
Over the years, we’ve broadened our client base working with various companies including multinationals, SMEs and start-ups in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA. Therefore, the work will be exciting and varied. You will juggle multiple campaigns at the same time and there are significant earning and progression opportunities as the business grows.

This has resulted in achieving a 50% year-on-year growth for the last 4 years, operating as a multi-award winning B2B Telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting and marketing database company. 65% of our business is repeat business – a testament to the results and the ROI that our clients enjoy. Each month we make 25,000+ phone calls on behalf of our B2B clients. Clients are achieving up to an 80% conversion rate from appointments we generate for them into actual sales.

What’s the role?
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies for campaigns across; email, organic social, PPC, SEO, and content marketing that raise brand awareness and generate leads

Design, and report on weekly emails sent out from Mailchimp with appropriate UTM tracking to report on campaign effectiveness

Perform regular website maintenance and conduct keyword research, conversion rate, and image optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Creation and designing of supporting marketing materials and communications for the wider team

Oversee the CRM system, including data imports, data management that follows GDPR regulations, regular analysis, and campaign reporting

Prepare and present weekly updates and monthly reports to the management team, providing clear insights into the performance and impact of marketing campaigns.
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will have a strong digital marketing background and thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment. If you are a confident person who enjoys creative output and can work well under pressure, then this is perfect for you. You will have fantastic communication skills and have previous experience with B2B digital marketing.

Skills & Experience

Digital marketing experience, must have at least 2 years in a B2B or agency environment

Excellent copywriting abilities with flawless grammar, spelling, and style as well as superb attention to detail
